Community Home Repair Ministry - Make A Difference

"College UMC is teaming with other churches and groups in the Warrenton community to make a difference in the lives of families and individuals in need. Through this ministry it is hoped that the love of Christ will be shown to those in need in very practical ways. College Church works with Agape Ministry of Warrenton to identify and approve families or individuals with financial need who can't afford needed home repairs. A Coordinating Team from CUMC meets with the family or individual, determines the scope and feasibility of the project and then makes these projects available for groups in our community to "adopt". By teaming with other churches and groups, the resources can be made available to help many more families or individuals."
