Reaching Every Man Training Event

Did you know that if a man follows Christ 93% of the time his family will also? The Reaching Every Man training event
is for pastors, men's leaders, or anyone who wishes to learn the basics of building a sustainable ministry to men. Men
are important to Christ, to the church, and to their wives and families! Join us to learn how to be more effective in
reaching them.

This training is conducted by Tom Cheshire of Relevant Practical Ministry for Men in partnership with The
Leadership Training Center at Man in the Mirror.
This event is non-denominational and all are welcome!
The intent of this four hour course is to introduce the basics of building a sustainable ministry to
men in your church. The principles taught in this training will help you ask the right questions and
look at the discipleship activities you offer for men in your church in a different light.
Topics include:

- The Purpose of the Church
- Developing Your Vision
- What is Men's Ministry?
- Engaging Men in the Process
- The Create-Capture-Sustain Cycle
- Creating Value
- Capturing Momentum
- Long-Term Discipleship
This event is a strategic team training designed for: Senior Pastors, Associate Pastors, Men's Leaders,
Laymen, potential men's leaders, and small group leaders.
The event fee which includes materials and a continental breakfast is $29 per man. Lunch is optional.
