OUR VISION: 'Worship - Connect - Serve"
|

"Life is complicated enough! That's why our vision and mission aren't! Jesus taught
a vision and mission from God that was simple. We're trying to do the same. We know
that "simple" doesn't mean "easy", but we invite you to join us in our journey toward
pursuing a life in Christ.
|
Worship God: Come to church! We strive to be a church of where worshipping and glorifying
God is our major focus. Attending worship is a chance to experience God's presence with
others who believe in Him. It's also a chance to respond to him in prayer.
We want everyone who comes to worship to feel welcomed into the presence of God.
Connect with Others: Find a group where you can connect with others to grow in
understanding your faith and in serving. The church is a community of
believers - be part of it!
Serve People in our Community: We want to be a church which follows Christ's
example of serving others. We believe that faith results in action which
demonstrates the love of Christ. We are challenging all of our groups to have
a serving project in our community. Through our ministries we seek to share
the good news of Christ by our deeds.

OUR MISSION: "Making Disciples of Jesus Christ"

Making disciples was Christ's great commission to his followers.
Becoming a disciple might seem like an impossible thing! Let us explain.
We believe that a disciple is a person who believes in and accepts the
salvation which is given by God and seeks to live a life based on the
teaching and examples of Jesus Christ. We are ALL on a journey in our
life to become disciples. We are people from all backgrounds and in
need of forgiveness. No one is without sin.
We believe that we grow toward discipleship by:
• Regular worship
• Growing in our faith and friendships with believers in addition to regular worship
• Serving others
• Inviting others and sharing our faith
